Bastet’s Pixelventures ~ depict romance!

Bastet’s Pixelventures ~ Romantic/Romance

The criteria as posted for this is:

This week I’d like you to show me something romantic … candles, flowers, a couple walking hand in hand or the moon.  You choose your subject.

018 (2)Is the rose not the epitome of a romantic gesture?

I believe this can be given either way, man to woman or woman to man, just because I am that kind of woman! 🙂

Velvety curves bind tightly together

A single red heart alive as ever

Sun dashes upon silken carcass

Tender object opening up to all

Blade sweeps across life portal stalk

Such flower is given upon hand in delight

Though flowery heart’s life is cut short

Another’s heart swells at such tender sacrifice

Thank you as always for reading xx

When mine bloom my entire yard smells like roses. I love that scent. So beautiful this photo and your poem. Just beautiful! That and the chocolate you posted earlier and a glass of wine and I’m good for the week. 🙂 Hugs sweet one!
