A beautiful photo is one thing, but a photo with an unexpected detail has personality and pop. This week, share a photo that has a little something extra.
I had no idea about the spooky ‘Honey’ Moon that was about to cast is golden glow upon us. It was Patty Nguyen who messaged me about her disappointment in not catching ‘the moon’ in it’s full glory.
So I am dedicating my ‘find’ and post to her because otherwise I would not have known anything about it.
So here you are Patty (and everyone else) I hope you like the ‘Honey’ Moon that I found.
I took these photos with my FujiFilm Camera and apart from putting a frame and my ‘blog’ name on they are otherwise completely unedited.
So you can see how completely amazing it was to see, a real treat. Apparently the next ‘Honey’ Moon won’t occur until the end of the 20th century by which time I will have left this mortal plane.

There are lost of myths and stories about how the ‘Honey’ Moon came about, with the stealing of brides and all sorts, rivetting stuff, here are few links you can look up if interested to know more:-)
I am also dedicating this post as part of my ‘Random Moment of Delight’ as it really was very special.
My search also propelled me to take a walk through Richmond Park which is where I saw the ‘Honey’ Moon which added for extra atmosphere and almost spookiness to the whole event.
The stags who scare the pants off me where lying near the path, just their huge antlers could be seen moving as they idly regarded me walking by whilst my horrible mind kept telling me “oh animals smell fear, smelllll the fear” as I took a deep breath and walked rather fast on my way by.
Thank you for reading & viewing, Justine xx
Did you see the ‘Honey’ Moon?
