Weekly Photo Challenge: Cover Art

Weekly Photo Challenge: Cover Art

Youth Support (book cover or advertising poster)

In this weeks photo challenge one of the quests is to see if a photo we might have taken could be used as a cover for something.

I immediately thought of this photo which I took in Glastonbury on our Summer hols.  I saw it when we were entering the main high street, it wasn’t hard to miss, these wonderful stick figures painted by somebody on to a large wall.  I thought it great fun to get my children to pose with their hands up as if the figurine was holding their hands.

So, what kind of cover would this be good for?

At first I thought something young and funky, a record cover, rap style and then I thought tadah, youth support.

What a cool cover this would be for youngsters for some kind of advertising poster for some kind of youth support.

What do you think?

That is perfect, Justine, for many themes! How sweet – you could make it into a poster!

Is yher sn app yo blur the face a little? I have seen photos like that but not sure how. Or can you ‘photoshop’ a generic face on him?

Or jusyt make it a poster for your home 🙂

My brother once photo-shopped Osama Bin Laden and Colin Powell into a family photo for a gag.

Sorry about my atrocious typos !!

I like the idea of it being a poster too!

i find the image touching ‘literally’.
First thing that came to mind was something like the cover of a book on adoption child(s) or orphans. Great shot!
