A very nice macro series; I’m relieved it’s winter now so you can’t shoot butterflies, bees and other nasty insects!

Were these a gift Justine, they are beautiful. At first glance I thought it said “butterfly petals” and wondered where the butterflies were. LOL, am a bit frazzled. Today is a little different for me, physiotherapy and the doctor!

Sounds like a lovely idea! Will you be there for long?
Yes I tore the muscle in my back on Thursday, the one that joins rib cage to spine. Am in painful spasms. Doc said no more physio, it seems to be aggravating things. Am on the mend now, slowly but surely. X

Oh my goodness that’s a long time. Do you stay there or just visit each day? Oh I feel for you, my mum has chronic back pain and has had 6 major back surgeries, she is always in pain.

It’s so pathetic, I was returning a lens to my camera bag. The bag was on the ground, I reached left with my right arm and bent down at the same time and there it went! Stupid!

I go each day back and forth, it’s a bit of a pain but i seriously don’t want to be residential, i want to come home to my own bed as being in a hospital environment all day will be enough for me. hehe. I feel for your mum that is seriously rotten poor woman ;-(

It’s scary how just doing something mundane can be so dangerous at times, how are you feeling now?

I think there was some snow when I was in India but there hasn’t been any while I was here. It has been years since we have had snow.
