Spread The Love Event
I have been invited by the wonderful writer Piyush Singh whom I met through the Poetry 201 challenge, he authors the blog The Perceptions Square & Heid another lovely blogger who authors 1000 Beautiful Things, to participate in the ‘Spread the Love’ Event. Some call it a challenge, but I think this gives the wrong connotation, I would much rather call it an event 😀
There are however some rules gently pushed our way to help ‘spread the love’ and they are as follows:
- Write ten four word sentences about what love means to you.
- Share your favourite quote on love.
- Nominate ten other bloggers for the same.
My Words of Love
- Love is sometimes blind
- Love is Mother Nature
- Love’s a mothers’ kiss
- Love is ever changing
- Love’s an unfurling petal
- Love is a gift
- Love’s our faith’s promise
- Love is freedom
- Love’s sometimes not easy
- Love is to treasure
Favourite Quote on Love
I am not sure this is my favourite as I am sure I would find other’s equally appealing however, this certainly is one that I like very much.
“You’ve gotta dance like there’s nobody watching,
Love like you’ll never be hurt,
Sing like there’s nobody listening,
And live like it’s heaven on earth.”
― William W. Purkey
I would like to ask the following lovely bloggers to enjoy the ‘Spread the Love’ event and if anyone else fancies joining in, please take up the torch as my friend Mara said. If you have done this before, please feel free to not repeat. I could have nominated far more, but finishing when my fairycakes just pinged in the oven hehe….we don’t want burn’t fairycakes right?
Thank you for reading, let’s spread the love, Justine xxx
