Happy Monday From My Garden & Me

Happy Monday From My Garden & Me

I wanted to say a little ‘Good Morning’ from my garden of which I have been trying to work on amongst other things, hence I have been a little tardy on posting as of late, my apologies.

Please accept a little bit of Mother Nature to brighten up your day! ❤

I have no garden and the only thing in my lawn that isn’t grass is a very long snake skin I found while mowing this weekend. Today I’m off to find some sulfur and weed/grass killer to eliminate his probable hideouts.

We’re not sure as most of the color has drained out, but its either a cottonmouth/water moccasin, rattlesnake, or black racer. In all likelihood it’s a black racer, but water moccasin runs a strong second.

Rattlesnakes and Water Moccasins are poisonous, black racers are not. In fact, black racers eat vermin and even other snakes, so they’re a good kind to have around – just not under (or, heaven forbid, in) the house!
