Photography NCFE Level 1 Project – Natural/Manmade Gallery Suggestions
So I have been working through trying to make my mind up about my 5 choices for the project to finish/complete/pass my NCFE Level 1 Photography Course.
The subject matter is Natural/Manmade and some of you very kindly joined in and let me know your favourites, a big thumbs up for the participation, really appreciated it.
I have a few galleries. It was suggested to put them in to a gallery to get a feel for the flow of it.
Gallery No 1
I think all meet the subject matter criteria, however I am not 100% sure about the Castle ruin window, whether this ruins the flow a little….moving on….
Gallery No 2
Here I have replaced the Castle ruin window with the beach and pram. It isn’t my favourite photograph I took, but actually one of the most fitting for the subject matter….you can now start to see my quandry?
Gallery No 3
So here I replaced the pram on the beach, which I mentioned wasn’t my favourite but fitted well with the sheep photograph. All here I think fit well with the ‘criteria’ of Manmade/Natural, however, I took so many other photographs of which I really love, many rock ones and well, threw in a Red Herring gallery below…
Gallery No 4
This one I love. I think it flows beautifully and love the colours. However now I have the problem of the ‘criteria’, is the cave manmade or natural, is the little bit of rubbish on the beach enough to meet the criteria and the spectrum is my favourite, would it qualify to say my children at the top are manmade? lol
So I threw in just one more, replacing the beach scene with the almost Hobbit like photograph of the green rocks with drips of water, again which element is manmade? Our teacher said you could find a manmade element in nearly every photograph, I think this one might be quite testing.
I don’t think I am quite done yet but would love your feedback…if time….and if willing 🙂
